Due to the scale of the project, it was anticipated that a vast amount of data would be generated daily. To ensure that the Client was provided with intelligence and live insights into the project, a robust system was required to capture, structure, and utilise the project data produced and monitor the performance of Contractors.<\/p>\n

The entire project was digitised and managed using Scenario. By creating a structured inspection test plan and linking key elements to works done versus planned schedule, Scenario displayed progress on a live basis.<\/p>\n
